Balade in the rice fields

In Pals, a town famous for its rice culture, there is a circuit where people can bike or have a long walk for about one hour among rice fields. The scenery was truly pretty & relaxing, there is a mirador where people can spot several species of birds. This Spanish rice, arroz de Pals, is rounder than normal rice, quite similar to the arborio risotto's shape, this arroz is delicious for making paellas.
